Whether it's improving products, supporting customers, or positively influencing peers and the community, the contributions of our people matter.**Shift:**The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.**Job Description:**The**Sr Production Supervisor** leads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a high‐volume, high‐precision FormFactor semiconductor fab environment. This role is responsible for executing daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.**Key Responsibilities:****Production & Operations*** Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle‐time objectives.* Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across assigned tools and processes.* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on‐time delivery.* Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.**People Leadership*** Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.* Conduct daily shift meetings, performance check‐ins, coaching, and corrective action as needed.* Execute hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities.* Complete formal performance reviews and succession development planning.* Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.**Quality, Safety & Compliance*** Enforce compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards.* Ensure adherence to ISO, quality system, and fab operating procedures.* Participate in audits, corrective actions, and root‐cause investigations.* Champion safe work practices and immediate response to safety incidents.**Continuous Improvement*** Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean / Six Sigma principles.* Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.* Partner cross‐functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.**Communication & Collaboration*** Serve as the primary point of coordination between technicians, engineers, and management.* Communicate production status, risks, and corrective actions clearly and proactively.* Support change management initiatives and implementation of new tools or processes.**Skills:**Cleanroom Operations, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), Lean Manufacturing Operations, Operations Problem Solving, People Leadership, Semiconductor Manufacturing**Education & Experience:**Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience | Required**Pay Range:**$104,600.00 - $137,235.00**Pay Range Explained:**This role in Livermore, California pays between $104,600.00 and $137,235.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
