Position Summary:

As a Product Strategist โ€“ Sr. Product Manager, your role will become the vital link between our clientsโ€™ business objectives and innovative opportunities for solving human problems to drive value and delight. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define and execute the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our data products meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:


Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and go-to-market strategy for our data products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the data observability space.
  • Identify specific business problems where AI provides a clear competitive advantage over traditional logic, evaluating the strategy to optimize time-to-market and strategic differentiation
  • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, clients, and vendors, to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Educate and align stakeholders on the probabilistic nature of AI outcomes, managing expectations around model accuracy, "hallucinations," and the non-linear ROI of AI initiatives.

Product Development:

  • Translate user, market, and sales feedback into detailed user stories and design prototypes.
  • Work closely with business analysts, technical architects, and development teams to assess and select appropriate technologies.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Product Marketing:

  • Scan the competitive landscape and develop a feedback process into product management
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Participate in sales enablement activities, including training and supporting sales teams.

Customer Engagement:

  • Consult with clients on business and technology dimensions, translating between them as needed.
  • Guide clients through the organizational shifts required to adopt AI-driven workflows, focusing on "human-in-the-loop" processes and building user trust in automated insights.
  • Act as a champion for the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product decisions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and support materials for clients and internal teams.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.
  • Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Manage the product budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product features and processes.
  • Identify potential risks related to the product and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Regulatory and Compliance:

  • Ensure the product meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to conduct rigorous testing and validation.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management and business analysis.
  • Experience with data management platforms, databases, SQL, and ETL processes.
  • Proven track record of managing successful IT products from conception to launch.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with AI development methodologies and tools.
