** This is an onsite role at our Milford, New Hampshire location**


As a Process Engineer, you’ll take on a broader technical and leadership role in transforming customer requirements and raw materials into high‑performance investment‑cast components. Building on foundational engineering experience, you’ll operate with increased independence, lead portions of complex projects, and influence how products and processes evolve.


What You’ll Do...

  • Strengthen process capability and robustness by independently developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing methods across wax, shell, casting, and post‑cast operations.
  • Lead efficiency and workflow improvements, evaluating tooling, workstation design, and process flow to reduce waste and improve throughput.
  • Drive data‑backed decision‑making by analyzing complex process metrics, identifying systemic issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Champion LEAN and continuous‑improvement initiatives, delivering measurable gains in yield, scrap reduction, and operational stability.
  • Own engineering change implementation, partnering with Quality and Operations to validate requirements, execute updates, and ensure smooth integration into production.
  • Provide technical mentorship, supporting Engineer I team members and sharing best practices, process knowledge, and analytical approaches.


Who You Are...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3–5 years of corporate work experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of materials, heat transfer, solidification, and manufacturing technologies, with the ability to apply these principles to complex production challenges.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, models, and specifications, with a track record of applying engineering fundamentals to real‑world problems.
  • Experienced in data analysis, statistical methods, and structured problem‑solving, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams and engaging directly with customers when needed.
  • Skilled with MS Office, engineering software, modeling tools, and basic statistical analysis; familiarity with advanced tools or simulation software is a plus.
