Job description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to find a full-time Process Engineer near Dalton, GA.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and support production processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing

  • Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

  • Optimize tooling, equipment, and workflow

  • Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation

  • Support new product launches 

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues

  • Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related

  • 3+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing/production environment

  • Strong process improvement and data analysis skills

  • Lean/Continuous Improvement experience

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is not able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa now or in the future.
