Job description

Senior Field Service Technician – Break/Fix (Ricoh Equipment)
  • Lexington, KY
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and working independently? We’re hiring a Senior Field Service Technician to provide on-site break/fix support for Ricoh printers and copiers at client locations across the Lexington area.
This role is perfect for candidates with a mechanical or auto technician background looking to apply their skills in a technical, customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ricoh printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
  • Perform break/fix service calls at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues and replace components as needed.
  • Manage your own territory, inventory, and service schedule.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure equipment is fully operational.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or repair-focused roles.
  • Auto mechanic or automotive technician background strongly preferred.
  • Experience in break/fix environments a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally throughout the day.
