Position Overview

KriaaNet is seeking an experienced Senior Power BI & Power Platform Developer to support an enterprise-level digital transformation and data analytics initiative for a premier Department of Dfense (DoD) client located in the National Capital Region (NCR).

In this high-visibility role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of executive dashboards, automated business workflows, and custom low-code Power Apps integrated with secure enterprise Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online repositories. You will collaborate closely with on-site engineering staff and senior government stakeholders to modernize legacy processes and enable data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Microsoft Certifications (Mandatory):
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
  • Cybersecurity Compliance (DoD 8570 / 8140):
    • Active IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, or CCNA-Security) or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of start.

Senior Power BI and Power Platform Developer to develop dashboards and other data management solutions utilizing clients SharePoint data libraries.

  • Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Certification;
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 60-days of start;
  • Proficiency in Power FX, Power Automate, item-level permissions, and ability to translate legacy excel (or other app) template forms into streamlined, mobile-responsive interfaces;
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Power BI, Power Platform, and Sharepoint Development; and
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in sensitive data handling, and data migration/modernization.

Highly Desired / Bonus Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Dfense, military command, or enterprise federal environments.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
