The Opportunity
As an Oracle SCM - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle supply chain and operations solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Optimizing supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud for process improvement
- Managing project resources and budgeting to deliver client solutions effectively
- Developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Coordinating supply chain management activities to achieve client objectives
- Supporting demand forecasting and inventory management to reduce lead times
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges
- Collaborating with teams to enhance procurement strategies and cost management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain Management software
- Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain optimization
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
- Excelling in demand forecasting and inventory management
- Leveraging Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
- Developing innovative solutions for cost management and efficiency

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
