OverviewAt Holley, connectivity isn’t just infrastructure—it’s business-critical velocity. We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who can own and evolve our hybrid network/server environment with precision, resilience, and forward-thinking design. You’ll be the point person for all things network/servers—from Meraki-powered sites to secure cloud connectivity across Azure/AWS and windows based virtual serversThis is a role for someone who thrives in complex, distributed environments, understands the critical importance of zero-downtime networking, and knows how to balance security, scalability, and simplicity. If you’re a hands-on network leader who can design, optimize, and secure enterprise-grade networks while solving problems like a boss—we’re ready for you.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Design & Architecture
  • Architect and maintain Holley’s enterprise network infrastructure, including Meraki-based LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Cisco wireless, VPN, and firewall environments.
  • Design scalable, fault-tolerant network topologies that support distributed operations, cloud integration, and zero-trust principles.
  • Lead network modernization efforts, driving toward simplified, automated, and cloud-friendly designs.
Server & Virtualization
  • Active Directory and User Management: Manage AD Users, groups, OU structures and GPO policies to control network resources.
  • System Administration and Maintenance: Execute monthly patch management using ManageEngine.
  • Network Services: Manage core network services including DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Virtualization: Support VMware and Nutanix virtual environments.
  • Data Protection: Use Veeam to ensure regular backup/restore operations.
  • Monitoring and Automation: Proactively monitor server performance and use PowerShell to automate routine tasks.
  • Provide technical support for OS and hardware issues.

  • Implement secure interconnectivity between cloud and on-prem resources to support high-performance, reliable applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects to ensure network designs align with security, compliance, and cost objectives.
Operations & Troubleshooting
  • Proactively monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and capacity using modern monitoring tools.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex networking issues—analyzing traffic flows, packet captures, and device configurations to get to root cause fast.

  • Install/troubleshoot, copper and fiber optic cables.
Security & Governance
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to design and enforce secure network boundaries, segmentation, and access policies.
  • Maintain firewall policies, VPN configurations, and endpoint security enforcement at the network level.
  • Support audit, compliance, and documentation efforts with complete and up-to-date network diagrams and configs.
Vendor & Project Management
  • Manage relationships with networking vendors and ISPs, including service contracts, escalations, and SLA tracking.
  • Lead or support network-related projects across facility expansions, cloud migrations, or platform changes.
  • Help establish network standards, change controls, and best practices across the environment.
What You Bring
