Part time position to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
$17.50-$18.75/HR

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the information referral center for our residents, families, potential residents, staff, guests, community contacts, and others visiting the community. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist shall provide support for some computer processing duties as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Greets visitors immediately upon arrivalย
- Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions inย a timely and courteous mannerย
- Offers refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable
- Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book.ย
- Manages beauty and barber appointment bookย
- Manages documentation for resident accounts
- Acts as concierge for residents (arranging facility bus trips, handling telephone and/or cable problems, managing packages, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)ย
- Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trashย
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.ย ย
- Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching othersย
