How you will make an impact
  • Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartments
  • Maintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areas
  • Perform drywall repairs
  • Prepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order
  • Create and close work orders on work order system

What you will need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniques
  • Proficient in using power tools and painting equipment
  • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
