Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Oracle database design, complex SQL development, performance tuning, and data processing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing efficient SQL/PLSQL code, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with business and upstream teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Oracle Developers, SSIS Developers, and Database Testers
  • Drive solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support for database-centric applications
  • Review and approve architecture, data models, SQL/PLSQL code, and ETL workflows
  • Collaborate with business, upstream/downstream systems, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance best practices, and data quality controls
  • Oversee release planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production support activities
  • Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
