You'll act as the order management authority in collaborative integration efforts and help develop the strategy for retiring legacy systems. You will contribute ideas to make the broader team's processes more efficient and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn each acquisition's current order management process to calibrate ongoing OM support for legacy systems and workflows.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements within legacy systems and processes.

Standardization & Integration Strategy

  • Apply working knowledge of Adobe's order management systems and processes to begin standardizing acquisition order management processes under the appropriate Adobe-owned roles.
  • Define integration strategies for migrating legacy order management systems and processes onto Adobe's order management systems and processes.
  • Operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings and routes to market by testing, adopting, documenting, and communicating the changes required.
  • Complete defined integration strategies for acquired companies, including onboarding to new systems and processes, maintaining business continuity, and completing customer, financial, product, and user data migrations.

Multi-Functional Integration & Domain Expertise

  • Participate in multi-functional integration activities, including fit-gap analysis, integration requirements documentation, Project Plan Commit (PPC), development walkthroughs, and testing.
  • Serve as the order management domain expert across these multi-functional integration activities.
  • Contribute to the multi-functional effort to define a data migration strategy that supports legacy system retirement.
  • Implement the data migration strategy to enable legacy system retirement.

Compliance

  • Carry out work in compliance with SOX controls, including drafting control narratives, memos, and process documentation.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors on the design and execution of control audits.

Issue Support & Automation

  • Provide issue support to external customers and internal partners in sales, customer service, product management, product marketing, finance, and legal, serving as the domain expert who investigates issues, coordinates multi-functional teams, and drives resolution.
  • Champion automation opportunities that help scale the business by identifying ideas and building proposals. Secure support for prioritization and document requirements. Partner with technical teams on development and testing. Lead enablement and adoption efforts.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Build and produce reports supporting accuracy reconciliation, prioritization, work completion tracking, key result performance, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation needed to perform the role, including job procedures, corporate policies, process flows, FAQs, and new hire onboarding materials.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with several years in revenue operations, order management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing or coordinating the work of contractors, vendors, or outsourced teams.
  • Working knowledge of order-to-cash or order management systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a new business's systems and processes quickly and translate that knowledge into standardization or process improvements.
  • Experience participating in multi-functional projects involving systems integration, testing, or data migration.
