We Are Looking For Candidates With,
• Full stack developer based around a Node 14+, TypeScript, React, TSX and JSS
o Ability to write easy to understand, well tested and easily maintainable code
o Good understanding of highly asynchronous distributed applications serving hundreds of requests concurrently
• Good understanding of client side application development including cross browser and cross platform concerns
• Testing based around Jest, Cypress, Super test and testing-library.
• Experience with build processes, CI/CD, DevOps, Git hub and PR review processes highly beneficial.
• Self-learning & self-motivated with the confidence to take executive decisions where necessary.
o IE, if a design is missing details, extrapolate, figure them out and make something that looks good.
• Experience working in an agile model with geographically disparate team.
• Experience building accessible web applications to WCAG AA standards

Required experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering)

Experience and Skills That Are Nice to Have
• Scrum/Agile methodology working group experience
• Experience with distributed computing, from design, implementation and supporting in production
• Experience with Device-as-a-service systems
• Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database technologies
• Experience with software engineering best practices, design patterns and anti-patterns
• Experience in working on end to end CI/CD pipeline
