Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the US federal government through innovative technology solutions. As a UX/UI Developer, you will be instrumental in developing user-friendly interfaces and visualizations for a platform that promotes operational AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop intuitive UX/UI solutions for mission-critical applications and dashboards
• Create and implement mission workflow visualizations and operator interfaces that optimize human-machine teaming
• Develop user-centered, explainable AI interfaces to enhance transparency and trust in AI-driven systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, DevSecOps, data engineering, and cybersecurity into user-facing components
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and Django Utilize Figma and visualization frameworks to prototype and deliver high-fidelity user experiences
• Support continuous monitoring and scalable software delivery through modern Hub-and-Spoke architectures
• Ensure seamless integration of enterprise AI governance and agentic AI systems into operational workflows
• Optimize operator experience by gathering user feedback and iteratively improving interfaces
