As a Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer, with a strong focus on safety and quality, you will play a meaningful role in improving our manufacturing processes by focusing on the installation, maintenance, optimization, and development of our Photolithography equipment. Your expertise will give to the production of high-quality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers' success. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield. Your passion for engineering and willingness to learn will help us overcome the challenges of this fast-paced industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values collaboration, and is eager to dive deep into the technical aspects of semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Installation and qualification of industry leading Photolithography equipment in our new cleanroom

  • Photolithography equipment sustainment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation

  • Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production

  • Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies

  • Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics

  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Photolithography Equipment

  • BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience

  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes

​Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
