Job Summary for Services Engineer II, Subscriber
- Design, deploy, and optimize VoLTE and IMS network solutions for current and future business needs.
- Operate and maintain VoLTE systems by monitoring alarms, KPIs, and logs to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on system software, hardware, licenses, and certificates for service continuity.
- Manage small to medium VoLTE-related projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and network issues related to VoLTE call flows, systems, and applications.
- Analyze and enhance network security protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Respond urgently to system and network incidents, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop detailed technical designs, operating procedures, MOPs, and test plans for new deployments.
- Execute MOPs and test plans prior to production release and document testing efforts.
- Mentor and provide advanced technical training to operational personnel as needed.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, real-time service environment while focusing on team objectives.
