Job description

Deep Knowledge of CCNP level networking required
• Deep understanding of LAN and WAN deployments
• Expert knowledge in Network Troubleshooting with a focus on the OSI model
• 10+ years' experience with large WAN environments
• 10+ years' experience with complex LAN and Datacenter environments
• 10 + years supporting Enterprise networking with a diverse set of stakeholder organizations
• 5+ years of experience with Multicast Network deployments
• Experience with OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, 802.1 Q Tagging, 802.3ad port channel and its deployment in production environments
• Experience with Multicast PM-Sparse Configurations with Cisco
• Experience with Multicast over FortiNet IPSEC tunnels
• Knowledge of ASI(Asynchronous Serial Interface) / SDI( Serial digital interface) video technologies , and Studio to Transmitter connectivity using Microwave and Fiber
• Knowledge of FEC(Forward Error Correction), ARQ (Automatic Repeat reQuest), and Reliable Internet Stream Transport error correction as it related to video transport
• Knowledge of LTN Global Services in relation to broadcast and OTT platforms are a plus
• Experience with Broadcast Environments and associated technology is a plus
• Experience with TV station technical operations is a plus
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a project team for large initiatives
• Must be able to establish personal relationships with stakeholders understanding their needs and how best to accomplish their goals in a diverse non-standard environment
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where 24x7 communications are required for critical applications
