Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site.

The Executive Programs Group supports our nation's warfighters providing critical voice, video, and data collaboration services for the full spectrum of military operations to VVIP federal aircraft via a nationwide air to ground network.
AT&T has an opening for Senior Network Design Engineer to support the Northstar program providing voice, video, and data communications to military aircraft.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Candidate will be capable of working at the highest technical level of all phases of enterprise network systems engineering. He or she will possess substantive knowledge of enterprise wired networks and UHF air-to-ground networks.
Required Clearance:
Top Secret (#topsecret)
Required Qualifications:
The Senior Network Engineer will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively more difficult analytical and/or technical experience performing systems analysis on networks and/or information systems. Eight additional years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
Desired Qualifications:
Cisco Certification - CCNA, CCNP and/or prior experience with Nightwatch and/or Looking Glass programs.
