We are searching for a Senior Network Analyst - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will support Local and Wide Area Networks, and Wi-Fi networks by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining an institutional data network.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure across corporate, campus, and remote environments.
  • Manage wireless incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and accurate documentation in accordance with operational SLAs.
  • Monitor wireless infrastructure and proactively identify outages, degradation, capacity constraints, and recurring performance issues using network monitoring and management platforms.
  • Perform wireless site surveys, RF analysis, spectrum analysis, and heat-map assessments to optimize coverage and performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi connectivity, authentication, roaming, interference, latency, and performance issues across multiple device types.
  • Configure and manage enterprise wireless controllers, access points, SSIDs, RF profiles, and security policies.
  • Analyze wireless traffic, logs, packet captures, and performance metrics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement and maintain wireless security standards, including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, certificate-based authentication, and network segmentation.
  • Collaborate with network, security, systems, and infrastructure teams to support wireless integrations, network upgrades, and technology deployments.
  • Develop and maintain wireless network documentation, diagrams, configuration standards, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in wireless infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and evaluation of emerging Wi-Fi technologies and solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Required H.S. Diploma or GED
  • Required 7 years' experience in information systems
  • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience.
  • Current vendor/industry certifications are a plus.
