DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Critical Infrastructure Information Sharing Environment (CI-ISE) and Homeland Security Information Network-Critical Infrastructure (HSIN-CI) Program Support Services. 

The Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator will provide systems engineering and infrastructure expertise supporting the secure, reliable, and effective operation of the HSIN-CI environment. This individual will support systems architecture and design, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, platform integration, security and compliance, performance optimization, operational monitoring, and resolution of technical issues. 

The successful candidate will bring significant systems engineering experience supporting complex cloud or hybrid environments and a strong understanding of Federal security and compliance frameworks. 

This position is hybrid in Arlington, Virginia.

The Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator will: 

  • Support systems architecture, engineering, administration, and design activities for the HSIN-CI environment.  
  • Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments and associated platform integrations.  
  • Monitor platform and system health and support reliable platform operations.  
  • Identify, troubleshoot, document, and support resolution of infrastructure and operational issues.  
  • Support cross-platform integrations and performance optimization.  
  • Apply applicable Federal security and compliance frameworks to infrastructure and systems engineering activities.  
  • Support platform availability, reliability, scalability, and operational performance.  
  • Participate in incident triage, investigation, corrective action, root-cause analysis, and resolution activities.  
  • Coordinate with Drupal development, platform administration, Government technical organizations, and other program stakeholders.  
  • Support implementation and integration of Government-directed technical capabilities.  
  • Support DevSecOps/SecDevOps and CI/CD activities associated with platform enhancements and modernization.  
  • Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation.  
  • Support continuous improvement of the platform's infrastructure and technical operating environment.  

Clearance Requirement 

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.  

Experience 

  • Minimum of eight years of systems engineering experience  
  • Minimum of three years supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments  

Certifications (preferred) 

  • Industry-recognized certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Security+, or CISSP)  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 

  • Systems architecture and design
