Job description

This is a senior, high-visibility NetSuite ownership role sitting at the intersection of IT and Finance. You will own the architecture, configuration, and strategic direction of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it scales with the business, integrates cleanly with enterprise systems, and delivers reliable financial operations. NOT a support role - someone who has been the "go-to" NetSuite expert at a growing company and can own the platform end-to-end.

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 + 10% annual bonus Location: Remote Duties: Define and maintain the overall NetSuite architecture for current operations and future initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices Serve as the primary functional and technical point of contact for all NetSuite-related initiatives, enhancements, and integrations Advise finance leadership on NetSuite capabilities, roadmap decisions, and long-term system strategy Lead design, configuration, and optimization across core financial modules: GL, AR, AP, and SuiteBilling Translate finance and accounting requirements into scalable, compliant NetSuite configurations that support business growth Perform hands-on administration including workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, dashboards, and approval processes Review, implement, and govern configuration changes to ensure data integrity and consistency Oversee testing, deployment, and documentation of NetSuite enhancements and releases Ensure strong data governance, auditability, and compliance within NetSuite Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support financial and operational decision-making Partner directly with the CFO, VP Finance, Controller, and accounting teams to understand business needs and system pain points Qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 10+ years of professional experience supporting ERP or financial systems 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience Deep functional expertise in GL, AR, AP, and SuiteBilling Demonstrated experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, roles, and financial processes Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting Proven experience partnering with senior finance leadership Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences Preferred NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or similar) Experience with Celigo integrations involving NetSuite Experience supporting Salesforce ?
