Opportunity for a Senior .NET Developer to join a national distributor of consumer electronics and appliances in Davenport, IA. This role supports a variety of business-critical projects across sales and logistics, offering a mix of challenge and creative problem-solving.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8–5), onsite within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with architects and engineers to build scalable solutions using Clean Architecture

  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues; support existing systems

  • Integrate with third-party systems and APIs

  • Serve as a technical resource for assigned departments and mentor others as needed

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, APIs)

  • Strong experience with SQL Server, unit testing (NUnit/XUnit), and Git/NuGet

  • Background in logistics, warehousing, or distribution

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, JWT authentication

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and scripting (Python or PowerShell)

  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:

  • Progress 4GL experience

  • Knowledge of secure development practices

  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
