• 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines 
• 5 years of experience with automated testing, documentation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and gated deployments 
• 8 years of experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server 
• 4 years of experience using code quality and security scanning tools 
• 5 years of experience with code branching, merging, and release process optimization

Senior .NET Application Developer Overview:
• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to support enterprise-level applications through a comprehensive suite of data collection and reporting tools
• This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, DevOps practices, application security, and process automation
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions while helping advance development and deployment standards across the organization
• In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement modern DevOps processes that improve software delivery efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities include leading CI/CD initiatives, automating build and deployment workflows, enhancing testing practices, and implementing tools that strengthen code quality and security
• You will also help centralize source control processes, optimize branching and release strategies, and proactively address technical debt to improve long-term maintainability
• The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, and DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise
• A strong understanding of secure coding practices, automated testing methodologies, and enterprise software development standards is essential

• Proactively identify, manage, and reduce technical debt

• Automate build and deployment workflows to improve operational efficiency 
• Enhance unit testing and integration testing coverage
