We're looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team, reporting to the Director - Software Engineering. In this role, you'll help shape how we build innovative, client-facing solutions that power the institutional investing marketplace. You'll be working as a full-stack engineer, utilizing cutting-edge tools and frameworks like Vue.js, Net Core, MS SQL Server, AWS, and Terraform, in an agile scrum process. • Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions for both front-end and back-end.

  • Write production-ready code using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Vue.js, and relational databases like MSSQL and PostgreSQL.

  • Build and maintain cloud-based microservices on AWS, managing infrastructure with Terraform.

  • Work closely with a global team to enhance development efficiency by automating build, test, and deployment workflows, ensuring rapid and reliable code integration and delivery.

  • Assist in reviewing code quality and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable, maintainable solutions.

  • Explore and integrate various AI tools to enhance development workflows.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of full-stack software development experience.

  • Strong skills in server-side programming (e.g., C#, Java) and modern front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular, React).

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for provisioning and managing environments.

  • Experience with SQL databases (flexible across major relational systems).

  • Familiarity with common development tools and practices (version control, Visual Studio, Agile).

Nice to Have:

  • AIdriven development: experience with prompt engineering, working with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), and familiarity with agentic workflows and RAGbased search.

  • Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker), and DevOps tools (Jenkins).

  • Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (e.g., XUnit, Cypress) and experience validating AI models.
