Who are you?

You are an exceptional Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience, demonstrating a strong track record of leading complex construction projects and progressively taking on senior responsibility. You are either operating in a similar senior role or are ready for the next level within a comparable professional services or consultancy environment.
You bring maturity, sound judgement, and confidence to complex project environments. You are comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams, managing demanding stakeholders, and taking full ownership of project outcomes. You are recognized for your professionalism, clarity of communication, and ability to consistently deliver results in dynamic and high-profile settings.

Job Description

As a Project or Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in: 

  • Leading projects through all phases of the lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and governance frameworks.
  • Setting up and leading project meetings, driving actions to closure, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and managing client stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and client-direct vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with client documentation standards, reporting requirements, and internal project controls.
  • Managing procurement activities, including consultant and contractor appointments, tender evaluations, recommendations, and contract administration.
  • Administering contracts, Master Service Agreements, change management, and variation control.
  • Proactively identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes.
  • Undertaking regular site visits and overseeing construction activities when required.
  • Reviewing and approving project deliverables from consultants and contractors.
  • Managing payment applications and financial controls in coordination with the consultant team.
  • Leading punch-list activities, commissioning support, and project closeout documentation.
  • Facilitating lessons-learned sessions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting proposal development, pursuits, and business planning activities as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4–7 years of progressive experience managing and leading construction projects, currently operating as a Senior Project Manager or as a high‑performing Project Manager seeking the next stage in their professional growth.
  • Minimum 10 years total post-graduate experience with demonstrated progression and increased responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience across a broad range of sectors, including real estate, data centres, defence, healthcare, and education, is considered a strong asset for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree is considered a strong asset.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools such as MS Project and/or P6.
