Job Title         : Senior JDE Manufacturing Functional Consultant
Location         : Irvine , CA (Hybrid-2 Days/Week) Duration          : Contract(6+ Months) Interview        : Virtual/Video  
   Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Functional Consultant with over 20 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in JDE Manufacturing modules, extensive experience in business process consulting, solution design, stakeholder management, and leading global ERP implementations across manufacturing organizations. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects for JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing.
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable JDE Manufacturing solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Solution Design Documents.
  • Configure and support Manufacturing modules including:
    • Product Data Management (PDM)
    • Bill of Materials (BOM)
    • Routing
    • Work Orders
    • Shop Floor Management
    • Manufacturing Accounting
    • Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP)
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
    • Demand Planning
    • Inventory Management
    • Quality Management
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations, Orchestrations, reports, and interfaces.
  • Support integrations between JDE and external systems such as MES, WMS, PLM, Salesforce, MuleSoft, RFSmart, and other third-party applications.
  • Lead conference room pilots (CRP), system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Manage production support, root cause analysis (RCA), defect management, and continuous process improvements.
  • Mentor functional consultants and provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and offshore/onshore teams.
  • Drive process standardization and ERP transformation initiatives.
  • Support change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills
  • 20+ years of ERP consulting experience.
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing.
