Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Creative Professional to join the Sena Marketing team. The primary focus of this role is high-level visual communication, spanning from digital ad campaigns to technical print production.

The ideal candidate possesses a sophisticated aesthetic. You will be the bridge between raw creative concepts and final, professional-grade deliverables, ensuring every pixel and print proof aligns with Sena’s premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design: Digital & Print
  • Concept Development: Lead the design and conceptualization of high-impact visuals for a variety of media, including digital advertising, web banners, and social assets.
  • Print Management: Work directly with print vendors to oversee production, ensuring all deliverables stay true to the Sena brand and that technical product details are 100% accurate.
  • Brand Support: Develop and execute creative layouts that maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
2. Photography & High-End Editing
  • Lightroom & Photoshop Mastery: Execute clean, professional-grade photo editing and retouching. We prioritize a realistic, polished lifestyle aesthetic.
  • Art Direction: Assist the Marketing team in collaborating with photographers. You will provide direction during shoots to ensure the captured imagery fits seamlessly into Sena’s web and print presence.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized file structure and photo archive using BrandFolder or Smartsheet to ensure team accessibility and project efficiency.
3. Motion Graphics & Digital Support (A Plus)
  • Motion Content: Ability to create engaging motion graphics via Adobe After Effects to elevate social media and digital ad performance.
  • Technical Knowledge: A working knowledge of HTML/CSS and social media development software is a benefit for collaborating with our web teams.

Qualifications

  • Expert Proficiency: Full mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
  • Productivity Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office and all major Social Media Platforms.
  • Portfolio Requirement: Must demonstrate a strong understanding of color theory and "natural" lighting. Avoiding heavy, over-filtered styles.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) software (e.g., BrandFolder).
  • Experience with project management tools like Basecamp.
  • Prior experience in the powersports, outdoor, or tech industry is a major advantage.
