We have a great opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our HOLE team. The Graphic Designer will deliver exceptional design across a range of platforms and distribution channels to help communicate the message and mission of McNICHOLS CO.

This position will be located in Tampa, Florida at our corporate office which is centrally located at Rocky Point, overlooking the bay waters of Tampa Bay.

Responsibilities
  • Help bring the Marketing and Company vision to life through strong design and adherence to the brand guide across all platforms and mediums
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or internal stakeholders to concept, create, and deliver branded materials including but not limited to email, social, print, web, promotional items and more
  • Support with design mock ups, physical signage, and in-house print related tasks for promotional products, corporate events, and general Sales & Marketing collateral
  • Work closely with managers and stakeholders, collaborating, receiving feedback and approvals on projects
  • Work independently and cooperatively on projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and managing daily tasks in project management system
  • Act as point of contact for projects and initiatives and provide project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with manager and stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on key technology, marketing, and industry trends
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years (academic and professional) of experience in graphic design within a corporate in-house marketing department, agency, design firm, or similar
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). After Effects and Premiere are a plus.
  • Foundational knowledge of WordPress or other CMS and Ecommerce platforms
  • Experience with photography, video, and motion graphics is preferred
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and Graphic Design principles.
  • Is a self-starter who can project manage, work with minimal oversight and keep deadlines on several projects
  • Experience with print shop tools for creating approval concepts such as x-acto knives, adhesives, rulers, mounting methods and more.
  • Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a positive attitude and a high level of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, responsibility, and passionate about our mission of serving our customers
  • Maintains a drive to continue learning and is motivated to evolve as a Designer and professional.
