Job description

Our client is looking for Senior Oracle Data Modeler with extensive finance/banking domain experience. Require 12+ years of experience Understand and translate Business Requirements to Conceptual and Logical Data Models. Create and update Physical Data Models (ERDs), of different types, from Logical Data Models using best practices and according to company standards Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies and build data flows Recognize the need for a specific relational design - OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouse - from a set of requirements and/or from a Logical Data Model.

Participate in mapping of Logical to Physical Data Models and vice versa. Perform data model reviews with Data Modeling counterparts and BI team members. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Toad, PLSQL Developer or other common data analysis, exploration, migration, and reporting tools.

Experience with modeling tools like PowerDesigner/ERWIN In-depth knowledge of Oracle including strong SQL knowledge Experience in analyzing and documenting data mapping and transformation rules Experience writing complex views / materialized views, SQL queries and triggers
