Job description

Join a company that's reintroducing itself to the aviation community we've helped advance for more than a century. At Honeywell Aerospace (NASDAQ: HONA), we're launching as an independent, publicly traded aerospace and defense company built on a legacy of operational excellence and mission-focused execution.
Our new brand identity pairs that heritage with real momentum, as we build technology that helps pilots navigate with confidence, aircraft operate more efficiently, and operators stay ahead of change. With our systems on board 90% of the world's aircraft, your work here has reach that's rare to find anywhere else.
Focusing on our customers, investing in innovation, and building a culture of accountability and performance is how we're shaping what comes next.
Every horizon. Every mission. Every day
Join the Core Licensing Team and be a key partner to Business Leaders in the Vertical (D&S, ATR and BGA) and GBE teams, collaborating to provide a vehicle to realize strategies and generate growth by leveraging our Intellectual Property.
This particular role within Licensing will support the Licensing activity in the Global Aftermarket, and drive systematic growth, program planning, and data management.
  • Lead projects to improve data availability and insights for growth strategies (e.g., channel partner segmentation/coverage, identifying "at/below network standard" conditions, consistent product/territory tagging) and whitespace reviews.
  • Experience building analytics/reporting and improving data quality in enterprise systems; strong Excel/BI/reporting capability and comfort working across datasets.
  • Reporting automation: 70-90% reduction in manual recurring reporting time for the team (dashboards replace ad-hoc spreadsheets).
  • Data completeness/accuracy: critical fields reach target completeness/quality and stay there via governance.

Qualifications
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

  • Agility to handle multiple, unrelated workstreams in a typical day such as by prioritizing for efficiency and efficacy; tracking and working through details
  • Communication skills to collaborate, problem-solve, influence and get things done from remote, cross-functional stakeholders working across timezones & cultures

WE VALUE:
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Overcome setbacks creatively / persistently to get things done in a timely fashion
  • Understanding of aerospace platforms, products, verticals and markets desirable
  • Ability to lead valuation effort/coordinate with business
  • Grasp the intent of basic contractual terms and be confident to negotiate positions with 3rd parties over tele-conference calls
  • Set high expectations by being the go-to person for others, accepting feedback with humility, and delivering on commitments consistently
  • Curiosity to understand, learn, re-examine and remember by observing, reading, critical thinking and asking questions
