Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant (AMS)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant to join our U.S. Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will provide functional leadership, solution architecture, and production support for enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing environments.

Working in a post‑implementation managed services environment, you will partner with client stakeholders to optimize business processes, resolve complex production issues, deliver system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 functional consultant who enjoys solving business challenges while helping clients maximize the value of their ERP investment.

Experience supporting organizations in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Diagnostics, or Manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional consulting and subject matter expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing.
  • Support enterprise clients in an Application Managed Services (AMS) environment, delivering high‑quality post‑go‑live support and enhancements.
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable, supportable Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Lead functional solution design and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long‑term solutions.
  • Support incident, problem, change, and release management activities while meeting SLA commitments.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and system performance.
  • Partner with client stakeholders, business users, developers, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support testing activities including regression, user acceptance, and production validation.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, solution designs, and knowledge articles.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement within the AMS practice.
  • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing functional consulting experience.
  • 5+ years supporting Dynamics 365 in an Application Managed Services (AMS), production support, or post‑go‑live environment.
  • Strong functional expertise in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Production Control
  • Inventory Management
  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Warehouse Management
  • Master Planning
  • Experience designing and delivering functional solutions and system enhancements.
  • Experience supporting integrations with third‑party applications such as WMS, TMS, EDI, MES, and ERP/financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting organizations in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Regulated Manufacturing industries.
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑company Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB‑330, MB‑700, or related certifications).

Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,408.00 to $213,906.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401(k) program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally‑required benefits.
