Jordan Ford is looking for a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team! This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship.

Senior Master Technician Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more
  • Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
  • Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings, estimates, and repair timelines
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through Ford certification programs and technical bulletins
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work area
  • Support less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environment

Senior Master Technician Qualifications
  • Certifications: Ford or Lincoln Certification is required
  • Hybrid & EV Certifications required
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, service software, and repair procedures
  • Work Ethic: Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
  • Communication: Able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers
  • Team Player: Willing to collaborate and assist with shop-wide goals
  • License: Valid driver's license with clean driving record
