Mason Wright Senior Living is looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our senior living community.


Schedule: Part-time, 21.5 hours per week
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM; Sunday, 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and keeping things running smoothly in a warm, fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and sign-in/sign-out for visitors and residents.
  • Provide administrative support to staff.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages.
  • Order and organize office supplies
  • Manage the Front Desk convenience store (stocking, shopping, and cash reconciliation)
  • Assist with mailings, records, and special projects
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of office or administrative experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Word and Excel
  • Reliable transportation for weekly supply runs
