Titan Trailers is looking for a CNC Programmer/Laser Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Tillsonburg, Ontario.


Titan Trailers is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team in Tillsonburg, Ontario.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, laser cutting, nesting, and manufacturing process improvement. You will work closely with Engineering and Production teams to develop efficient programs, maximize material utilization, and support the production of high-quality trailer components.


Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize nests for laser-cut parts
  • Generate CNC programs using nesting software
  • Review CAD models and engineering drawings
  • Set and adjust cutting parameters based on material requirements
  • Support production teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement
  • Maintain programming databases and drawing revisions


Qualifications

  • Experience with CNC laser programming, nesting software, or CNC manufacturing
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, SigmaNest or similar CAD software
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes is considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
