Evaluate returned, damaged, or nonconforming components and define appropriate repair paths.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
Support composite manufacturing processes such as layup, bonding, curing, trimming, assembly, and repair.
Conduct root-cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve production constraints.
Prepare or support repair instructions, deviations, waivers, concessions, and engineering-change documentation.

Experience supporting aerospace production, repair, or sustainment operations.
Working knowledge of root-cause analysis and corrective-action methods.
Experience collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams in a production environment.
Ability to manage technical projects and drive production issues to closure.
Ability to work onsite in Valencia, California.
Preferred Qualifications
