Job description

About the role:
Sollis Health is seeking a Manager, Commercial Strategy and Insights to serve as a core strategic partner to the CCO and commercial leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, member experience, and cross-functional execution, translating data and qualitative insights into decisions that drive membership growth, engagement, retention, and advocacy. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with commercial instincts and a bias toward action. You'll turn data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate brings a management consulting foundation, sharp executive communication skills, and the operational instincts to move projects from framing through completion in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
This is a hybrid role out of our NY-HQ office.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across the member journey, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and renewal, in close collaboration with partners across Technology, Operations, Clinical, and Finance
  • Quarterback strategic growth and expansion projects, serving as the connective tissue across workstreams and ensuring progress, accountability, and clarity from initiation through execution
  • Support new service line development and product strategy, partnering with Clinical and Operations to evaluate market opportunity, define member value propositions, and build the commercial case for expansion
  • Own NPS programs: design, analyze, and synthesize member feedback into actionable recommendations for commercial leadership
  • Build and maintain analytical frameworks to track commercial performance across membership cohorts, channels, and geographies
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Member Services on retention strategy, including first-year retention analysis and utilization-based intervention programs
  • Lead goal-setting and tracking across the commercial organization on a quarterly basis (OKRs)
  • Conduct ad hoc research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and new growth initiatives
  • Support preparation of board materials and executive presentations, including narrative development and slide production
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CCO on priority projects, bringing structured thinking and clear written communication to complex problems

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience, with a foundation in management consulting required
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling consumer business is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience driving business decisions through data
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical capability, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives and preparing board-ready materials
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines
  • High degree of ownership, low ego, and the maturity to operate directly with C-suite leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in healthcare, consumer membership, or subscription businesses is a plus but not required

Skills & Attributes
To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate:
  • Strong commercial acumen and curiosity
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills

Comp & Benefits:
Base is $135,000 - $170,000 + Bonus + Equity
