We’re looking for an experienced people leader who is technically strong, customer-facing, and passionate about automation technology. This role partners closely with leaders and practitioners across the practice group, including Document Workflow & Automation and Financial Process Automation practices, and Program Managers to deliver solution designs, ensure delivery readiness, and scale repeatable engineering standards and practices.

  • Own technical delivery and quality across engineering workstreams; establish engineering standards for design, build, testing, release, documentation, and support transition.

  • Serve as the engineering escalation point for complex solution design and implementation, including .NET/C#/Java/JavaScript components, integrations, and troubleshooting in customer environments.

  • Partner with Engagement/Project leadership to provide engineering input into discovery outputs, technical approach, estimates, staffing, and delivery readiness; proactively surface technical risks and mitigation plans.

  • Ensure consistent application of design patterns and best practices; lead/enable code reviews and technical design reviews to drive maintainability, security, and performance.

  • Coordinate with Document Workflow & Automation and Financial Process Automation teams to align requirements, solution architecture, and handoffs between process design and engineering implementation.

  • Drive continuous improvement by creating and maintaining reusable assets (templates, reference architectures, accelerators), playbooks, and engineering documentation standards.

  • Develop team capabilities, including but not limited to training, certifications, skills matrices, and succession planning across engineering development and testing competencies.

  • Oversee technical troubleshooting and production issue support for delivered solutions; ensure structured root-cause analysis and preventive improvements.

  • Stay current on platform roadmaps and industry trends; translate them into engineering standards, team enablement, and recommendations to practice leadership and customers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 10 years of experience in software engineering and/or automation solution delivery, including development in .NET, C#, and/or JavaScript.

  • Demonstrated experience establishing and enforcing engineering best practices (design patterns, code reviews, testing practices, and delivery documentation).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to lead technical escalations and root-cause analysis in customer environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience leading technical teams and partnering cross-functionally with consultants, analysts, and architects.

  • 2 years of people management experience (or equivalent informal leadership responsibility), including hiring, performance management, and career development.

  • Experience with Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services).

  • Experience with SQL Server/Databases.

  • Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and AI-driven development.

  • Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax) TotalAgility exposure and/or related Tungsten automation platform experience.
