Job description

Do you have 4 or more years of production maintenance experience and a knack for keeping equipment running? A locally owned food manufacturer, operates an extremely well maintained dry food facility and is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to be the go-to troubleshooter supporting production. 
 
This is a clean, well-maintained dry food manufacturing facility with a strong safety culture, consistent weekday hours, and the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.
 
If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and preventing downtime before it happens, we'd love to hear from you.
 
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, your duties include:
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and automated machinery
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using hand tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
  • Document repairs, adjustments, and mechanical maintenance reports
  • Partner with Production and Engineering on preventive maintenance schedules and equipment upgrades
  • Train and support other maintenance technicians
 
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. 
    • The first two weeks of training run 7:00am to 3:30pm.
 
Pay: $32 to $36 per hour, depending on experience
 
Senior Maintenance Technician Requirements
  • 4+ years of production maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting of automated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, including pneumatic actuators and cylinders
  • Ability to interpret manuals and schematics, with strong knowledge of mechanical alignment
  • Skilled with hand tools and multimeters to diagnose equipment problems
  • Experience writing maintenance procedures and reports, with basic MS Office knowledge
