Role Overview

We are seeking a collaborative, visionary, and results-driven Principal Consultant to strengthen our Financial Services consulting team. This is a leadership role that fuses deep Data, Analytics and GenAI expertise with financial domain knowledge to solve the industry's most complex challenges. You will be responsible for leading high-impact engagements, developing AI-enabled products and solutions, and influencing strategic priorities at the client and practice levels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the thought partnership and execution of our financial services strategy through the application of advanced AI and GenAI
  • Build, develop & maintain client relationships with key Banking and Financial Services clients
  • Consult with new ideas in analytics solutions in predictive analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning
  • Lead multiple engagements, client meetings, facilitate delivery in Analytics projects
  • Helping client organizations achieve better ROI, efficiencies by proposing methods and ideas or usage of Fractal IP and accelerators
  • Lead and adhere to project management timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs & risk management
  • Preparing and answering RFPs, RFIs and RFQs
  • Manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
  • Mentor cross-functional teams and lead onsite team of consultants for daily deliverables, meetings, issue resolution, brainstorming
  • Delighting clients with customer experience & pleasant journey through the project
  • Develop and own executive-ready collateral to support business development and thought leadership
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in GenAI, banking and financial services policy, and business models

Qualification & Experience

  • 8 – 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's / master’s degree in engineering, Business, Economics/Statistics, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in the insurance industry. Experience with analytics and AI is considered a plus.
  • Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought.
  • Strong experience in marketing analytics and working with banking and financial clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership/executives.
  • Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action.
  • Leverage communication to inspire others. Exhibit a commitment to being a team player with a flexible “can do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis, and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $132,000 to $173,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
