Job Description / Desired Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Product Engineer to accelerate the development of reusable AI products that can be deployed across operating companies. This role will focus on building scalable, production-grade AI solutions—starting with projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent orchestration for purposes of internal operational flows. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in GCP or Azure-based AI services, strong engineering skills, and a product mindset.
Responsibilities:

  • Reusable AI Product Development.
  • Design and build modular, reusable AI components that can be scaled across business units.
  • Lead development of scalable RAG-based solutions for document comparison and using structured and unstructured data.
  • Engineer multi-agent systems for intelligent task coordination and decision support.
  • Develop transcription and NLP pipelines for customer interaction analysis Model Engineering & Deployment.
  • Build and fine-tune models using frameworks like PyTorch, Transformers, or LangChain
  • Package models for deployment in GCP, Azure ML, and/or Databricks ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Integrate with Databricks for data ingestion, feature engineering, and experimentation Collaboration & Enablement.
  • Work closely with MLOps, DevOps, and data engineering teams to align on infrastructure and deployment patterns.
  • Contribute to shared libraries, APIs, and templates that accelerate AI product delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams adopting reusable AI components Security, Compliance & Observability.
  • Ensure AI products meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
  • Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, and usage metrics.
