This role oversees multiple dispatch teams, supervisors, and operational functions across one or more locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of yard moves, shuttle services, and transportation activities.The Senior Manager is accountable for achieving service, safety, financial, and employee engagement objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
