About you

  • Experience in corporate live events, conference center operations, or hotel A/V support a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Flexible schedule to support occasional night/weekend maintenance or traveling to other offices for support.
  • Proficiency with event production and conferencing technology (Yamaha, Tricaster, Blackmagic ATEM, Neat, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Zoom Rooms).
  • Experience with collaboration and ticketing software (gSuite, the company, etc).
  • Skilled in event coordination and project management with attention to detail.
  • Comfortably and clearly able to communicate with executives, vendors and customers with varying levels of technical backgrounds.
  • Effective communication skills and familiarity with presentation and media editing tools (gSlides, PowerPoint, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
What we’ll offer
  • Generous, transparent and fair compensation system
  • Contract of Employment (and the option of 50% tax deductible costs for author’s rights usage in respect of applicable roles)
  • Health insurance with dental and travel coverage (Lux Med)
  • Breakfast and lunch catering on the days that you work from the office
