We're looking for an MDS Coordinator to oversee the assessment process and ensure accurate documentation for optimal care planning and reimbursement. Major ResponsibilitiesOversee the coordination and participate in the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's, and Care Plan) in compliance with Federal and State regulations.Monitor and document the management of Medicare and Managed Care residents, working closely with the interdisciplinary team.Ensure accuracy in resident assessments to support reimbursement and high-quality care.Drive innovation by implementing new ideas and process improvements.Stay up to date with regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.
