Position Summary:

The Systems Administrator provides high-touch technical support for executives, senior management, corporate functions, and Northville operations. This role supports executive services, global town halls, board meetings, user provisioning, Active Directory administration, conference room technology, and local IT environments such as AV closets, UPS equipment, and server closets. The role requires strong troubleshooting, project coordination, and confident communication with senior leaders, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Systems Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide white glove technical support for executives, senior management, and corporate functions.
  • Support global town halls, board meetings, executive presentations, and other high-visibility events.
  • Manage and troubleshoot conference room audio/video and collaboration technologies.
  • Perform user provisioning, access changes, special handling requests, and Active Directory administration.
  • Support local IT environments, including AV closets, UPS equipment, server closets, and related technology spaces.
  • Troubleshoot Northville technology issues for executives, corporate functions, and general users.
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, vendors, and business teams to resolve issues and support site needs.
  • Lead or support IT projects for meeting technology, conference rooms, endpoints, access, and local infrastructure.
  • Document procedures, configurations, support processes, and known issues.
  • Prioritize requests while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong customer service skills supporting executives and senior management.
  • Experience supporting executive meetings, town halls, board meetings, conference rooms, and AV technologies.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, user provisioning, access management, and identity administration.
  • Knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints, collaboration tools, peripherals, connectivity, and local infrastructure.
  • Ability to support AV closets, UPS areas, server closets, and other local technology environments.
  • Good organizational and project management skills with strong follow-through.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, request fulfillment, change coordination, and support processes.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing business needs.
  • Effective communication with senior management, employees, vendors, and corporate functions.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in an information technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, executive support, conference room technology, desktop support, or related IT support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
  • Professional communication with all levels of personnel, customers, and vendors.
  • Microsoft, ITIL, endpoint management, collaboration, Project management, or AV certifications preferred.

Work Environment/Work Conditions:

  • Professional Office Environment.
  • Additional hours may be required for executive meetings, board meetings, global town halls, projects, or urgent needs.
  • After-hours support may be required for critical meetings, executive needs, outages, or emergencies.
  • Some domestic and international travel might be required occasionally (less than 10%).
