Job Summary:

The incumbent will work independently and/or as part of a team to provide operational support to the laboratory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

         Unsupervised routine sample preparation

         Performs non-complex routine analyses independently

         Complex sample preparation with senior analyst oversight

         Data review and interpretation for routine, non-complex analyses

         Data review and interpretation of complex tests with senior staff oversight

         Perform duties in the laboratory information management system (LIMS)

         Reviewing SOP's, WI's and FCD's

         Assist in duties in other areas of the laboratory when needed

         Data Entry

         Internal systems/processes

         Simple routine maintenance on the instrumentation they have been trained on

         Assist with QA investigations

Supervisory Responsibilities

No supervisory responsibilities
