Job Summary
  • We are looking for a curious, ambitious, and highly motivated Senior Java Developer who is passionate about software engineering and has a genuine interest in leveraging AI in day-to-day software development.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, solid knowledge of unit and functional testing, and most importantly some practical experience coding with AI-assisted development tools or building applications/features using AI.
  • We are looking for someone with hunger, curiosity, and ambition someone who enjoys learning new technologies, experimenting with new approaches, asking questions, solving challenging problems, and continuously improving engineering practices.
  • The candidate must be willing to relocate to or work onsite in Bentonville, AR, collaborating directly with the team to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day engineering activities.
