  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share technical knowledge within the team.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled backend engineer with strong Java expertise and experience building scalable, data-intensive applications in distributed environments.

  • 4+ years of professional experience working with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of backend development principles, software architecture, and computer science fundamentals.
  • Experience working with databases and data storage technologies such as PostgreSQL and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling microservice-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices, tools, and deployment workflows.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, HTML5, client/server architecture, and security principles.
  • Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (B1+ level).
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with international teams.
  • Nice-to-have experience with AWS, ECS (Fargate), Spring Cloud, Spring Cloud AWS, iBatis/MyBatis, or Golang.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment with flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
  • Vacation and public holidays according to local regulations, plus additional personal time off.
  • Medical insurance or healthcare compensation options and paid sick leave.
  • Professional development opportunities through conferences, courses, and industry events.
  • Access to internal learning programs and opportunities for continuous technical growth.
  • Supportive management style with regular performance reviews and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Online team events, offline retreats, and opportunities for collaboration across international teams.
  • Coworking cost coverage and access to office hubs in selected locations.
  • A culture built around ownership, transparency, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
