    Strong Core Java hands on knowledge.
    Hands on experience of J2EE frameworks especially Spring, Hibernate and Struts.
    Hands on experience in Front-end Java programming in Jquery, Javascript, html, css
    Has hands on experience in RDBMS fundamentals especially Oracle.
    Capital markets - Equities Front office experience - good to have
