Job Description Project/Program: New York State Electronic Certificate of Need (NYSE-CON) This Software Architect position will provide a Java developer and technical lead for development of the NYSE-CON project. Day-to-Day: Tasks may include but are not limited to the following: - Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems; - Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation; - Develop web pages and user interfaces; - Software development and deployment tasks including coding, testing, and implementation. Mandatory Requirements: Software Architect - Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.

Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system. Expert - 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Requested Requirements: - 84 Months of experience in object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) in designing and implementing information technology solutions using the Java programming language.
