  • 8–12+ years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting large‑scale, mission‑critical enterprise systems
  • Minimum 2–5 years of capital markets experience is mandatory, with familiarity in trading, post‑trade, reference data, or regulatory systems
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, REST APIs, messaging, batch processing, and distributed system development
  • Strong SQL proficiency with ability to perform data analysis, troubleshoot production issues, optimize queries, and support database‑centric engineering tasks
  • Hands‑on experience building or supporting cloud‑native Java applications deployed on AWS A3P (Amazon as a platform)
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS‑based deployment models, enabling applications to be built, released, and operated on cloud platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, including transaction handling and performance tuning
  • Strong understanding of DTCC‑grade non‑functional requirements including scalability, resiliency, security, and fault tolerance
